QUALIFICATIONS or COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
COLLEGE INSTRUCTORS : Must be Master's Degree in the related field with at least one year of teaching experience, self-motivated, result-oriented, with communication skills.

GRADE SCHOOL AND HIGH SCHOOL TEACHERS : Must be Bachelor of Elementary and Secondary Education graduate with teaching license, at least one year teaching experience, highly energetic with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
ACADEMIC DIRECTOR / PROJECT HEAD : Must be a Master's Degree holder in a related field with at least eight years of teaching and administrative experience, possesses keen awareness and knowledge on school operations, endowed with people skills, highly energetic, with excellent communication skills. A resident of Batangas or nearby provinces
GUIDANCE / SPS DIRECTOR : Must be a Master's Degree holder in Guidance and Counseling with licensed, has adept background in the management of the entire operations of Guidance and Student Personnel Services, has strong leadership with excellent people-handling and communication skills
DEAN : Must be a Doctoral Degree holder in a related field with at least five years of teaching and administrative experience, self motivated, equipped with good analytical skills, excellent general management, highly energetic with excellent communication skills.
CHAIRPERSON : Must be a Master Degree holder in a related field, has solid training background gained in the academe, with strong leadership, self-motivated, detail-oriented, with excellent people handling and communication skills.
