General Objectives:

Specific Objectives
:
  • Develop the knowledge, skills and creativity in the planning, marketing and overall management of the various sectors constituting the industry
  • Prepare students to become entrepreneur who will help accelerate economic development
  • Develop the integrity, manifested in one's professional life and actuations
  • Effectively apply one's knowledge in the hospitality industry to meet the present and future needs
  • Actively participate in the various activities that will prepare the students to become better professionals

BS in International Hospitality Management
The Hotel and Restaurant Management
program provides the skills, concepts and principle specializing in hospitality training. It involves practical and managerial knowledge and function such as hospitality education, food service, Hotel and Restaurant operations, culinary arts, Commercial Food, Beverages operations and research that are essential in preparing the students to become adept future Hoteliers and Restauranteurs.

BS in Tourism
The Bachelor of Science in Tourism
is designed for students to pursue a challenging and exciting career in the travel industry with tremendous possibilities and potentials. The program trains highly motivated, enthusiastic young people in travel with the right caliber to meet the growing demand of the travel industry and to get ahead in the field of business armed with strong academic and practical educational experience. The Tourism program focuses on quality education in a caring environment, coherent and extensive knowledge in the field of study where students develop appreciation of other cultures. Tourism is a people-oriented industry that provides career opportunities in tourism-related industry in the Philippines and the Asia-Pacific Region.
