The PRC has one of the most daunting mandates in national development, as it regulates and supervises the practice of the professionals who constitute the highly skilled manpower of the country. As the agency-in-charge of the professional sector, the PRC plays a strategic role in developing the corps of professionals for industry, commerce, governance, and the economy.

TESDA formulates manpower and skills plans, sets appropriate skills standards and tests, coordinates and monitors manpower policies and programs, and provides policy directions and guidelines for resource allocation for the TVET institutions in both the private and public sectors.

Today, TESDA has evolved into an organization that is responsive, effective and efficient in delivering myriad services to its clients. To accomplish its multi-pronged mission, the TESDA Board has been formulating strategies and programs geared towards yielding the highest impact on manpower development in various areas, industry sectors and institutions.

Our mission is to make foreign auto mechanics grow up by giving opportunity of On/Off the job training. At Off the job training , trainees are going to learn linguistic and theoretical fields. It will be up to 1 year. At the end of the year, they must pass the evaluation exam of training outcome.

At On the job training , intend to impart the technology and skills through the production and/or sale of goods or provision of services. It will be up to 2 years.
Through this program, we wish to contribute to the automotive society with wholesomeness in each region, and we believe this will lead to the enhancement of international understanding.
