BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGY
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Radiologic Technology program is a four year course which consists of didactic components during the first three years and clinical education in the last year. The clinical education is undertaken in different accredited training hospitals in the Philippines.

The Radiologic Technology Education plays an important role in the development of Radiology to meet the needs of the rapid changes and innovations in this specialty. The practice requires the knowledge necessary for the Radiologic Technologist to perform its tasks with confidence, effectiveness, and efficiency in patient care and management and the operation of specialized equipment in a competent and safe manner.

The BS Radiologic Technology aims to develop radiologic technologists who shall pursue excellence in clinical practice, education, research, community service and administration for the betterment of the profession and society they serve local and international levels.

SUMMARY
The BSRDT curriculum is based on the Policies and Standards for Radiologic Technology Education under Commission on Higher Education Memorandum Order 18, Series of 2006 which rationalizes the Radiologic Technology Education in the country with the end in view of keeping at pace with the demands of global competitiveness.
