- Processing time will start upon the receipt of payment.
- Graduates should apply in person or through an authorized representative. Likewise, transfer credentials and authentication of records should be applied in person or through an authorized representative.
- For the claiming of records, it is required for the representative to have a written authorization from the requestor (owner of the documents) in case he/she will not be able to claim it personally. It should also be supported by proper identification (ID) of the requestor.
- The first time to request a copy of the diploma, the student will not be charged. It will be processed for FREE.
- The succeeding request of Transcript of Records will have additional Php10.00 / page.
