Special Discount Benefits
Cash Payments
A five percent (5%) discount of tuition fee (only) is given for all cash payments, except in short courses of less than one semester duration where cash payment is required upon enrollment.
2. Brother & Sister Discount (on tuition fees only) 2.5% for 2 brother/sister on lowest tuition fee 2.5% for 3 brother/sister each 5% for 4 brother/sister each 50% for 5 brother/sister on lowest tuition fee
*Not applicable for: computer, NSTP, typing, RLE, Thesis/Dissertation, and Internship.
Scholarships
Policies
- The principal purpose of scholarship is to help needy and deserving students
- Scholarship offered by the university is non-transferable.
- A student can enjoy only one scholarship in any school term.
- Financial privilege from scholarship is on tuition fees only unless otherwise specifically stipulated.
Kinds and Limits of Scholarships
Scholarship programs of different kinds, types are available to deserving and qualified students of the university, to wit.
Entrance Scholarships
- Full Scholarship - High School Valedictorian from classes not less than 40 students can be recipients of 100% scholarships on tuition fees.
A certification from the school duly signed by the Principal bearing the school seal and specifying the total number of graduates should be presented by the enrollee to the Dean to be able to avail of the scholarship.
Dean's Lister Scholarship
Criteria for Qualification
- The nominee must be regular student of the university with minimum of 18 academic units load during the semester applied for
- The nominee's grade in any academic or non-academic subject should be at least 85% and above in the previous semester.
- Not have committed an offense or infraction in violation of law or any pertinent existing rules and regulations of the university or of the government.
- The nominee must be officially recommended by his Dean and endorsed to the Scholarship Committee.
- The computation for the individual subject credit, which is based on the percentage equivalent and the corresponding number of units, will be used to determine the weighted average in percentage.
- The grantees shall be entitled to discounts based on weighted average as follows:

Filing and Processing
- Registrar forward to the Scholarship Committee (SC) the list of the candidates for scholarships
- The Scholarship Committee screens the lists
- The SC submits the list to the President for approval
- The President's Office returns approved list to the SC
- The SC announces the recipients of the scholarship discounts in the next semester
DR. ANTONIO L. TAMAYO COMMUNITY STUDY GRANT PROGRAM
Conceptualized by the University President is a program that would bring education within the reach of deserving children of selected families of Las Piñas City. This program is open to the following beneficiary organizations:
- Civic Clubs
- Parochial Organizations / Parishes
- Homeowners Associations
- NGO's
This Study grant is renewable on a semester-to-semester basis provided the applicant meets the criteria set by the committee.
ALTA SCHOLARSHIP FOR ATHLETICS
Scholarship given to varsity players and athletes of the NCAA. Percentage discount is recommended by the Coach and deliberated upon by the Committee.
CO-CURRICULAR SCHOLARSHIP
Scholarship awarded to officers / members of certain co-curricular organization. Percentage discount is recommended by the Organization Adviser and deliberated upon by the Committee.
