Human Resources Management System (HRMS) is a system that was developed in-house by the ITS. It is a multi-user human resources management software that runs in a client-server environment. The development was focused in delivering high-value HRD functions to provide instant access to human resource data that are critical to support management decisions. Its implementation frees our Personnel Officers from complex administrative task and delivers results effectively.
Electronic School System (eSS) is a multi-user school information system that provides integrated support for admissions, school registration, guidance and counseling, cashiering, and accounting functions. eSS provides accurate and real time information from a central database, streamlines enrollment tasks and improves student record management. The System was designed to fit the unique needs of the University and was adapted to all in one centralized and reliable Electronic School System.
Material Inventory Control System (MICS) is a purchasing and materials management application that provides requisitioning, supply distribution and warehousing administration. Developed in-house with the Property and Purchasing Department, the development of the software ensures that the user requirements are delivered in a timely fashion with all records stored electronically, it also incorporates utilities for printing and spreadsheet work.
Web Development project extends the marketing and off-campus resources for the entire school system. The immeasurable audience of the internet provides reliable and open-access of the information to the all students and employees as well. It also allows for the development of an integrated management system.
DALTA Intranet System (DAISYs) aims to promote a reduced paper environment. A university wide resource that will provide key personnel with centralized medium for communication, document and record management. It serves as the threshold of the University policies and procedures, memorandum, minutes of the meetings and downloadable forms so that the University key personnel would not be required to keep multiple copies of these important documents.
Communication and Network Services was provided to have a standardized, secure, reliable off-campus communication services to key personnel. This will determine the scope of the need and aim to justify communication related support for instruction, research, and administration for the entire school system.
University Webmail fulfills the objective of the University, to provide equal services and benefits to all members of the UPHSD community; to interconnect every office inside the university in a single network infrastructure.
