The purpose of this MOU is to develop academic and educational cooperation on the basis equality and reciprocity and to promote relations and mutual understanding between the universities.
The terms of collaboration include:
- a) collaborative research specially in the fields of culture and language;
- b) promotion of business and tourism industry;
- c) on-the-job training for students;
- d) exchange of information regarding conferences, symposia, and seminars; and
- e) other activities mutually activities mutually agreed upon by both paties that will strengthen the partnership
