The University of Perpetual Help – Las Piñas held a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing with Faithbook Foundation Inc., on September 25, 2024, at the School Director’s Office. In attendance were Dr. Arnaldo S. De Guzman, School Director; Dr. Gabriel Flores, Director of Planning, Linkages, ETEEAP, and CPD; Dr. Aries Antiola, Admissions Officer; and Ms. Mildred M. Nicasio-Malaluan, Founder and President of Faithbook.PH, along with Ms. Jessa, representing the organization.

As part of the agreement, Faithbook.PH will provide students with a high-quality online catechetical learning tool and will also conduct seminars and training sessions for all employees.

The Memorandum of Agreement Signing was held on September 18, 2024 at the Conference Room of the School Director’s Office. Present in the signing of MoA were;Dr. Arnaldo de Guzman , our School Director representing UPHSD, Ms. Christine Pambuan, Executive Director representing Pinas Forward, Dr. Emerlyn Engalla-Managuas , Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences as witness, Dr. Gabriel Flores, Director of ETEEAP and Institutional Linkages of UPHSD, Ms. Dorothy Claro, Consultant of Pinas Forward and Dr. Bernard Relleta Macinas, Chair of Political Science Program of the University of Perpetual Help System Dalta.

 

This partnership will go a long way in raising the level of awareness and consciousness of our Perpetualites students, specifically the AB Political Science students on the various Political, Economic and Social Issues confronting the nation today through projects and programs implementations.

On September 12, 2024, the Deans of the Allied Health program and the Head of the Linkages Office visited the St. Hannibal Empowerment Center community, including Brgy 163 Zone 18 and Brgy 165 Zone 18, through the Balik Ngiti at Kalusugan Project. The project aimed to improve the community’s health needs through the services provided by Allied Health professionals.
