ANTI-BRIBERY OR CORRUPTION POLICY

 

It is the policy of the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA to establish its business affairs ethically and with integrity. The University upholds its commitment to a zero-tolerance approach towards bribery and corruption in all aspects of its operations.

 

ANTI-MODERN SLAVERY POLICY

 

The University of Perpetual Help System DALTA (UPHSD) upholds the rights and welfare of its employees, contractors, suppliers, educational consultants, service providers, and key stakeholders, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and aligned with its institutional philosophy, vision, mission, and core values. It affirms that no member of the Perpetualite Family shall be deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law and committed to ensure equal protection under the law for all community members, safeguarding them from forced labor, slavery, human trafficking, sexual exploitation, and debt bondage.
