Doctor of Dental Medicine
The College of Dental Medicine offers a six-year program leading to a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree (DMD). The curriculum includes two years of Pre-Dentistry (Associate in Health Science Education) consisting of general education and several health-related subjects. This is followed by a four-year Dentistry Proper curriculum with the first two years covering basic medical and dental courses and the last two years consisting of clinical training.
Combined with a highly structured curriculum that meets the needs of today’s dental profession, a Perpetualite dental education underscores early exposure to patients providing a smooth transition from classrooms and laboratories to clinics.
