The University of Perpetual Help System DALTA (UPHSD) formalized its partnership with the Huawei ICT Academy through a signed Memorandum of Understanding, marking a significant milestone in advancing ICT education. Present during the ceremony were Dr. Rosalie Armando, Central IT Director; Mr. Andrei Manuel, Huawei Representative; Dr. Jenniline Eya, Dean of CCS Las Piñas; Engr. Jerome Refran, Dean of CCS Calamba; and Ms. Maribel Sandagon, OIC of CCS Molino.
