August 22, 2025 – Dr. Gabriel Archemedez Y. Flores visited Rogationist College – Silang, Cavite to deliver an insightful talk on “Commitment and Proper Conduct in the Workplace,” an event that seamlessly blended character building and vocation promotion. The session aimed to guide students and educators in understanding the values and work ethics essential for professional growth and personal development. During the talk, Dr. Flores emphasized the importance of integrity, dedication, and responsibility in one’s chosen career. As part of the “Dialogue: Educators’ Responsibilities” segment, he highlighted the crucial role teachers play not only as knowledge providers but also as role models who shape the character and aspirations of their students. On August 14, 2025, the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA (UPHSD) forged a new international partnership with Dhaka Dental College through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing held at the Linkages Office, Las Piñas Campus. The collaboration focuses on strengthening academic exchange, research opportunities, and professional development in dentistry and allied health sciences. This milestone highlights UPHSD’s continuous commitment to building global linkages that enrich learning and advance healthcare education.

The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony was graced by representatives from the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA (UPHSD) Las Piñas and Calamba campuses, together with partners from Rogationist Academy Davao. Leading the UPHSD Las Piñas delegation was Dr. Arnaldo S. De Guzman, SThD, School Director, joined by Dr. Gabriel Archemedez Y. Flores, Director for Linkages. Representing the UPHSD Calamba Campus were Dr. Ernesto F. Ramirez, School Director; Mr. Roderick Ulep, Linkages Officer; and Dr. Analee Sandiego, Basic Education Principal. From Rogationist Academy Davao, the partnership was represented by Fr. On July 2, 2025, the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA (UPHSD) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the NexGen FinTech Learning Center in Cebu City to introduce micro-credentialing programs that will equip students with industry-relevant and verifiable skills. The partnership was formalized by Mr. Alex Sun, Founder and CEO of NexGen FinTech Learning Center, and UPHSD representatives Dr. Arnaldo S. De Guzman, School Director; Dr. Rosalie M.
