What made the activity special was that the tutors themselves were third-year Computer Science students, creating an environment where learning felt approachable, collaborative, and encouraging.<\/p><p>The session was led by Ms. Arnica N. Arturo and Mr. John Rainier Bartolata, who generously shared their knowledge and experience as student-tutors. With the support of Dean Jenniline D. Eya, Adviser Ms. Ma. Teresa Plastina, CCS faculty members, and JPCS officers, the event became a strong example of collaboration and shared responsibility in learning. Freshmen participants not only gained technical skills but also experienced the value of teamwork and mentorship, making the tutorial an engaging and impactful experience.<\/p><p>This initiative aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly <strong>SDG 4: Quality Education and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals.<\/strong> By fostering peer-to-peer learning, the program demonstrated how students can empower one another to succeed academically while cultivating leadership and cooperation.
