On February 18, 2025, the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA (UPHSD) formalized a transformative partnership with Bunkyo University and the Bunkyo University Foundation through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at UPHSD\u2019s Las Pi\u00f1as campus. Led by UPHSD President Dr. Anthony Jose M. Tamayo, the event was attended by key officials, including Dr. Arnaldo S. De Guzman, School Director of the Las Pi\u00f1as Campus; Dr. Reno Rayel, School Director of the Molino Campus; and Dr. Gabriel Archimedes Y. Flores, Director of Institutional Linkages. The event also welcomed a distinguished Japanese delegation, including Mr. Takashi Shinkuma and four esteemed representatives from Bunkyo University. This collaboration aims to strengthen academic and cultural ties between the institutions, fostering joint research initiatives, student and faculty exchange programs, and deeper cross-cultural engagement. On February 19, 2025, Dr. Tamayo officially signed the MOU, marking the beginning of a promising alliance. The Japanese representatives expressed their appreciation by leaving heartfelt messages in the university\u2019s guestbook, symbolizing a strong foundation for future cooperation and shared educational endeavors.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
