Activity<\/span>: Memorandum of Understanding Signing Ceremony Between University of Perpetual Help System DALTA \u2013 Las Pi\u00f1as Campus and COL Financial Group Inc.<\/b><\/p>

The <\/span>University of Perpetual Help System DALTA \u2013 Las Pi\u00f1as Campus (UPHSD-LP)<\/b> officially signed a <\/span>Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)<\/b> with <\/span>COL Financial Group Inc.<\/b> on <\/span>March 4, 2026<\/b>, held at the NCB 124 Amphitheater, Dr. Josefina Laperal Building.<\/span><\/p>

The signing ceremony marked a significant milestone in strengthening academe\u2013industry collaboration, aiming to provide students with greater opportunities for experiential learning, financial literacy, and professional development. This partnership highlights the shared commitment of both institutions to bridge academic knowledge with real-world industry practices.<\/span><\/p>

The event was attended by<\/span> Mr<\/b>. <\/span>Conrado F. Bate<\/b>, President and CEO of COL Financial, together with <\/span>Arnaldo S. De Guzman<\/b>,<\/span>SThD,<\/b> School Director of the UPHSD, <\/span>Gabriel Archemedez Y. Flores, PhD, <\/b>Director of Planning, Linkages,ETEEAP and CPD and <\/span>Dr. Dionisio O. De la Torre Jr. <\/b>Program Chair, Business Administration, as well as representatives from COL Financial such as <\/span>Mr. Jed L. Velarde<\/b> and <\/span>Mr. Kirk Nonifara<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

Following the signing ceremony, a seminar conducted by COL Financial was held at the same venue, providing participants with valuable insights into financial literacy, investment awareness, and industry practices. The activity further emphasized the importance of strengthening partnerships between the academe and industry to better prepare students for future professional opportunities.<\/span><\/p>

This collaboration reflects the university\u2019s continuous effort to expand industry linkages and enhance learning experiences that support the holistic development of its students.
