The event was attended by Atty. Khristian Jeff C. Episcope, Regional Director of CHR\u2013NCR, and Mr. Vincent Leo Gambao, Chief of the Promotion and Advocacy Division and the . Representing UPHSD were Dr. Arnaldo S. De Guzman, School Director; Dr. Emerlyn Managuas, Dean of the College of Education and College of Arts and Sciences; and Dr. Gabriel Archemedez Y. Flores, Director of Planning, Linkages, ETEEAP, and CPD. The activity aimed to formalize the partnership between the institution and the commission in promoting human rights education and awareness within the academic community.<\/p><p>During the ceremony, both parties emphasized the importance of collaboration in strengthening the values of respect, equality, justice, and social responsibility among students and educators.
