The agreement aims to promote future initiatives involving academic cooperation, seminars, trainings, student engagement activities, and professional development opportunities that will benefit both institutions and their respective communities.<\/p><p>Representing UPHSD during the ceremony was Dr. Loureli C. Siy, Executive Director of the DALTA Executive Academic, Accreditation and Audit Center. She was warmly welcomed by the officials of HSL-Braille College, Inc., led by Dr. Helen S. Losba\u00f1es, School President, together with Ms. Paula Grace S. Losba\u00f1es, Assistant School Directress.<\/p><p>Both institutions expressed their commitment to fostering meaningful educational partnerships anchored on accessible, quality, and inclusive education. The event concluded with the formal signing of the agreement, a ceremonial photo opportunity, and messages of gratitude and optimism for future collaborations that will contribute to academic
