Fr. Ace Fernando Y. Cara<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The partnership aims to strengthen collaboration in research, community engagement, and institutional development. Representing the University were <\/span><b>Dr. Gabriel Archemedez Y. Flores<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Director of Planning, Linkages, ETEEAP, and CPD; <\/span><b>Ms. Ronavee Divine Alagano<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Officer of Planning and CPD; <\/span><b>Ms. Rianne Anjela Sierra<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Officer of Linkages and ETEEAP; <\/span><b>Dr. Belinda Conde<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Director of the Research and Development Center; <\/span><b>Ms. Christina Abaya<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and <\/span><b>Ms. Neliza Casela<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> from the Research and Development Center.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The partnership builds on the research initiative conducted by <\/span><b>Dr. Gabriel Archemedez Y. Flores<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and the research team concerning <\/span><b>Pantabangan Dam<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, highlighting the importance of research collaboration and community-based initiatives. Through the MOU, both institutions expressed their commitment to explore opportunities for research, knowledge exchange, and community extension activities that may contribute to the development of the partner community. The initiative supports <\/span><b>SDG 4 (Quality Education)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> through research and knowledge generation and <\/span><b>SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> through strengthened institutional collaboration.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The MOU signing marked an important step toward establishing a sustained partnership between the University and <\/span><b>St. Andrew the Apostle Parish<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Both parties expressed their commitment to developing future collaborative initiatives that promote research, community engagement, and meaningful service, while creating opportunities for projects The partnership builds on the research initiative conducted by Dr. Gabriel Archemedez Y. Flores and the research team concerning Pantabangan Dam, highlighting the importance of research collaboration and community-based initiatives. Through the MOU, both institutions expressed their commitment to explore opportunities for research, knowledge exchange, and community extension activities that may contribute to the development of the partner community.
