The College of Maritime Education of the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA, with its guiding principle “Character Building is Nation Building,” believes that national development is grounded in the quality of life of the Filipino, that its improvement is primarily based upon God’s divine guidance, their character essential to the development of the student’s competence and quality maritime education and training programs. Thus, the college is dedicated to meet its maritime students’ fullest potential through the ideals of teaching and learning outcomes, community service, and research, as it nurtures the value of being “Helpers of God.”
