HIGHLIGHT

The University of Perpetual Help System DALTA (UPHSD) received the Third Prize in the Research Contest during the 30th Annual General Assembly of the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA) held on December 2, 2019, at Novo Hotel, Quezon City.
The award-winning study, “Making Possibilities Matter: Quality Assurance and Internationalization among Philippine Higher Education Institutions,” by Dr. Loureli C. Siy, Dr. Gabriel Archemedez Flores, and Dr. Cynthia Zarate, served as the foundation for UPHSD’s Carbon-neutral Inclusive Internationalization Approach (CIIA) Framework. The CIIA promotes inclusive and sustainable internationalization by encouraging shared goals, collaboration, and quality assurance rooted in flexible learning—reflecting UPHSD’s commitment to continuous improvement and global engagement.

UPHSD Strategic Internationalization Aspiration for AY 2025-2030

The University of Perpetual Help System DALTA – Las Piñas Campus envisions itself by 2030 as a vibrant, premier institution known for academic and values formation, research and innovation, community service, athletic excellence, and agile operations. Guided by this aspiration, the university’s Strategic Internationalization Plan for AY 2025–2030 focuses on enhancing global readiness and competitiveness through improved mobility programs, professorships, scholarships, and collaborative learning opportunities. It aims to strengthen research and innovation by producing joint studies, establishing sustainable partnerships, and securing international funding. Quality assurance, extension, and linkages will be advanced through co-created programs, stronger communication with partners, and increased global collaborations.
