On July 2, 2025, the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA (UPHSD) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the NexGen FinTech Learning Center in Cebu City to introduce micro-credentialing programs that will equip students with industry-relevant and verifiable skills.
The partnership was formalized by Mr. Alex Sun, Founder and CEO of NexGen FinTech Learning Center, and UPHSD representatives Dr. Arnaldo S. De Guzman, School Director; Dr. Rosalie M. Armando, ITS Director and Data Privacy Officer; and Dr. Gabriel Archemedez Y. Flores, Director of Planning and Institutional Linkages.
