On February 18, 2025, the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA (UPHSD) formalized a transformative partnership with Bunkyo University and the Bunkyo University Foundation through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at UPHSD’s Las Piñas campus. Led by UPHSD President Dr. Anthony Jose M. Tamayo, the event was attended by key officials, including Dr. Arnaldo S. De Guzman, School Director of the Las Piñas Campus; Dr. Reno Rayel, School Director of the Molino Campus; and Dr. Gabriel Archimedes Y. Flores, Director of Institutional Linkages. The event also welcomed a distinguished Japanese delegation, including Mr. Takashi Shinkuma and four esteemed representatives from Bunkyo University.
