The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony was graced by representatives from the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA (UPHSD) Las Piñas and Calamba campuses, together with partners from Rogationist Academy Davao.
Leading the UPHSD Las Piñas delegation was Dr. Arnaldo S. De Guzman, SThD, School Director, joined by Dr. Gabriel Archemedez Y. Flores, Director for Linkages. Representing the UPHSD Calamba Campus were Dr. Ernesto F. Ramirez, School Director; Mr. Roderick Ulep, Linkages Officer; and Dr. Analee Sandiego, Basic Education Principal.
From Rogationist Academy Davao, the partnership was represented by Fr. Francis Paul Escaño, RCJ, Head of the Community Extension Office, together with Ms. Richelle Joy Ellorimo Apal, Assistant to the Office of the Principal, and Ms. Abigail Grabillo.
The ceremony reaffirmed the institutions’ shared commitment to academic collaboration, community development, and capacity building, marking another step forward in expanding meaningful partnerships for education and service.
