MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conducts risk assessment of assigned department or functional area in established/required timeline
  • Establishes risk-based audit programs
  • Determines scope of review in conjunction with the Audit Manager
  • Reviews the suitability of internal control design
  • Conducts audit testing of specified area and identify reportable issues and dimension of risk
  • Determines compliance with policies and procedures
  • Verbally communicates findings to senior management and draft comprehensive and complete report of audit area
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

MAJOR QUALIFICATION:

  • Academic: Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting of Finance; CPA or CIA preferred
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years financial experience through accounting/auditing (Big 4 a
    plus) and/or industry experience; strong analytical, written/verbal
    communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills; systems
    knowledge and familiarity/strong computer skills (i.e. spreadsheets, etc.);

WORKING SCHEDULE:

  • Monday – Friday (9:00am – 6:00pm)

BASIC FUNCTION

He/She is responsible in overseeing and coordinating the day to day operations of the department. He/She also assist the Accounting Manager in supervising the staff and other personnel while performing all kinds of accounting functions simultenously.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist staff in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annually accounting reports.
  • Prepares correct tax returns and ensuring that the company taxes are paid in a timely manner.
  • Assists in performing reconciliations of general ledger accounts.
  • Oversee posting, verify, calculate and type duties to staff to perform.
  • Manage the accurate, reliable, and timely reporting for internal requirements.
  • Ensures compliance with required external and internal controls.
  • Monitors the daily performance of the accounting department.
  • Organizes financial data into useable information and maintains updated records.
  • Tracks the progress of financial and accounting objectives.
  • Performs other elated duties assigned from time to time by the Accounting Manager / School Director.

MAJOR QUALIFICATION:

  • Academic   : BS in Accounting or Finance

BASIC FUNCTIONS

This job is responsible for the operations performing reconciliation of accounts receivables from employees, arising from tuition fees, hospital bills, cash advances and other receivables authorized by the concerned employees to be deducted from their salaries, in accordance with the Company’s rules and regulations.

The Staff Accountant for employee receivable, works under supervision, performs a variety of clerical accounting duties involving the review, audit, compilation of supporting documents signed by the concerned employees and approved to be charged from their salaries.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyzes and reviews attachments for accuracy and completeness of documents for salary deduction;
  • Does manual posting of charges and payments to the individual subsidiary ledger of concerned employees.
  • Reconciles subsidiary ledgers balances with general ledgers;
  • Prepares adjusting journal entries to close the advances;
  • Submits adjusting journal entries to immediate superior for approval.
  • Prepares monthly lists of outstanding receivable from employees.
  • Performs filing and record keeping of schedules and charge slips for salary deduction.
  • Replies to queries from employees regarding charges and payments of receivables.
  • Performs cashiering duties; as needed;
  • Performs other tasks assigned by the superior from time to time as it deemed necessary.

MAJOR QUALIFICATION:

BASIC FUNCTIONS

The HR Employee Relations will mainly focus on events coordination and ensures a positive relationship between management and employees, playing crucial role in maintaining a harmonious work environment, resolving conflicts, and ensuring fair treatment and adherence to company policies and labor laws.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Employee Engagement: Develops strategies to improve employee engagement and morale, and organizes team-building activities, events, or initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction in coordination with ISSRA Coordinator.
  • Employee Support and Counseling: Provides guidance and support to local ER/LR Supervisor on projects and programs related to workplace issues, grievances, and conflicts.
  • Policy Enforcement: Monitors enforcement of procedures and employment disciplinary processes, advising management on appropriate courses of action, and ensuring that any disciplinary measures taken are fair and in accordance with company policies.
  • Employee Wellbeing: Supports employee wellbeing initiatives and programs, considering work-life balance, health, and wellness.
  • Performance Management: Sits as a member of the Performance Management Committee and recommends performance improvement plans when needed.
  • Training and Workshops: Designs and facilitates training sessions or workshops in coordination with training coordinators and officers covering diverse topics, including conflict resolution, communication skills, and diversity and inclusion.
  • Compliance: Stays up-to-date with labor laws, regulations, and industry trends related to employee relations and ensures the organization’s practices are compliant.
  • Legal Compliance: Collaborates closely with Legal Department to ensure the organization’s adherence to employment laws and regulations.
  • Employee Investigations: Assists the Chair of the CDC in reviewing cases and prepares CDC recommendations and/or resolutions.
  • Disciplinary Action: Assists all HR Heads and ER/LR Supervisors in disciplinary processes, advising management on appropriate courses of action, and ensuring that any disciplinary measures taken are fair and in accordance with company policies.
  • Performs other duties assigned by his/her superior.

  • Gives individual counseling to the assigned students.
  • Prepares group guidance program for the assigned year level.
  • Keeps abreast of the current trends in guidance and counseling by joining professional organization, attending workshops, seminars, conferences, guidance meetings in and outside school, and by subscribing to professional books and journals in guidance and counseling.
  • Prepares periodic and annual reports on assigned functions.

BASIC FUNCTION

The Executive Assistant to the HR Director is responsible for assisting the HR Director in the implementation of all HRD functions.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assists the HR Director in the implementation of HRD functions.
  • Take charge of updating, revising, and formulating new personnel policies in close
    coordination with the HR Director, Personnel Officers and other Heads.
  • Prepares and updates the Employee's Manual of the different companies consistent with the corporate policies.
  • Participates in the planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and controlling functions of the HR Director.
  • Prepares bi-monthly reports.
  • Takes minutes of meeting presided and/or conducted by the HR Director. During HR Staff meeting, copy of previous minutes and other pertinent documents are disseminated to the Personnel Officers and Supervisors.

BASIC FUNCTION

The Unit/Section Librarian is responsible for the delivery of service to the student and other library users in the Unit/Section in the Main Library.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Supervises

  • The programs and activities of the Unit/Section library.
  • The work of the library aid and library assistant.
  • Shelves for the classification order and the condition of books and library materials.

2. Conducts

  • Story hours.
  • Books discussion groups.
  • Club activities.
  • Tie-up programs with group and organizations working with library programs for children.
  • And plans reading projects.

3. Prepares

  • And maintains a job subject bibliography of the library’s collection.
  • Inventories.
  • Weekly, monthly, bi-annual and annual to be submitted to the Director of Libraries.
  • Reading lists, reading courses and club programs.
  • Book slips.

4. Assists

  • Patrons in finding needed materials.
  • Readers to find books on subject desired.
  • Clientele in search of information.
  • And responds to reference queries.
  • In instructing Clientele on the use of library and its materials.
  • In processing overdue records and slips.
  • In recommending books needed by the clientele.
  • In issuing and receiving books.
